At any point in time, we continue to be affected by COVID-19, and our Drivers or Operations Teams being in self-isolation. However, we are making other arrangements where possible and delivering your goods. As a result, we expect delays of a few days due to the impact of the current pandemic and appreciate your patience.
We are also pleased to inform you that our deliveries in Alice Springs are now back to normal after the clearing of floodwaters.

Dear Valued Client,
Whilst some of our staff have recovered and are now back at work as per our COVID safety plan, we are still facing significant shortages within our Operations team. In addition, delays in interstate movements between Adelaide and Alice Springs due to flooding are causing significant backlogs.
We are trying to clear goods as fast as we can, with reduced staff numbers and other arrangements. Most consignments are being delivered with a slight delay in Sydney and Melbourne during this time. However, we expect the situation to be unpredictable, and appreciate your patience.

Dear Valued Client,
Our business, like most others in Australia, continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and several of our staff have been forced to isolate due to contracting the virus, or being a close contact. As a result, we have been forced to reassess how we operate and are currently working with limited staff, particularly in Sydney and Melbourne. The impact has been felt across all areas of our business from administration to warehouse and transport, and affected our ability to deliver on time. In addition, we are also facing greater volumes through our network.
This is resulting in a significant backlog of freight, from the acceptance of containers through to pick and pack and distribution. We anticipate that this will be the case for some time until COVID-19 case numbers decrease and isolation rules are relaxed.
We are striving to get your deliveries out and have made alternative arrangements where possible. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update you, as the situation evolves. As always, we appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support.
