Service Disruption in Townsville and Cairns

February 15 2019: As conditions improve, we are getting our deliveries and service up to date in Townsville. However, a few areas out west are still difficult to access. We will strive to get all deliveries completed as soon as it is safe for our drivers to do so.


February 8 2019: Torrential rain and flooding continues to affect our ability to deliver to all areas. Even though we have started to move freight, some areas remain inaccessible.

February 5 2019: The extreme weather and torrential rain is likely to continue till the end of the week. Water levels are expected to recede over the weekend, when conditions improve. Our linehaul services are currently running as far as Mackay and we will continue to monitor the situation on the ground.


February 1 2019: Due to extreme weather and flooding, services in Townsville and Cairns will be delayed till further notice. We will resume our usual runs in these areas as soon as it is safe for our drivers to back on the road. Please note that you can still track your goods in transit using our Consignment Tracking tool. The Department of Transport and Main Roads also has a live update of all closures available online.
