At AirRoad, we are constantly looking at ways to improve operational efficiency and make the pickup and delivery process as seamless as possible.
Please note that from Monday September 5 2022, all clients will be required to submit their STS, Pickup and 3rd Party consignment requests via the My AirRoad portal on our website. If you do not have access, please contact your Client Manager and they will organise this.
The following forms and associated manual processes will be made redundant and not actioned from September 5 2022 onwards:
1. STS form
2. STS email requests
3. Pickup/3rd Party Consignment form
4. Pickup/3rd Party Consignment email requests
Please note that this change does not impact clients that use a manifest file to send the consignment requests listed above.
