The lead up to Christmas, as you may know, is the busiest time of the year for the transport and logistics industry. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, we ask that our clients allow additional shipping time for all consignments, particularly date sensitive deliveries. For more information on our interstate schedule in the lead up to Christmas and the New Year, please see the letters below.

Note that AirRoad’s Client Support phone lines will be closed and we will not be operating on the days below:
- Christmas Day – 25/12/2023
- Boxing Day – 26/12/2023
- New Year’s Day – 01/01/2024
Please also note that some delivery agents, particularly in country areas, may not be operating between Christmas and New Year. If a delivery is required at this time, please contact your Client Manager prior to despatch to confirm if the required service is available.
