As we reach the end of another very challenging year and the holiday season approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued business. We look forward to working with you in the coming year, and wish you good health, happiness, and success in 2023.
In addition to the normal seasonal volume increases, the ongoing extreme weather events are causing additional logistical challenges. This currently includes managing diversions due to road closures and an increase in road transport demand due to lack of availability on the rail network. Therefore, to avoid disappointment we ask that our clients allow additional shipping time for all consignments, particularly date sensitive deliveries. For more information on our interstate schedule in the lead up to Christmas and the New Year, please see the letters below.

Note that AirRoad’s Client Support phone lines will be closed and we will not be operating on the days below:
- Christmas Day – 25/12/2022
- Boxing Day – 26/12/2022
- Christmas Public Holiday – 27/12/2022
- New Year’s Day – 01/01/2023
- Public Holiday – 02/01/2023
Please also note that some delivery agents, particularly in country areas, may not be operating between Christmas and New Year. If a delivery is required at this time, please contact your Account Manager prior to dispatch to confirm if the required service is available.
